Plexiglass sheet is a plastic that has a very clear appearance and similar to glass. The plexiglass material is a kind of polycarbonate that is a kind of polymer.

Plexiglas sheet is produced in two opaque and transparent colors in different colors, with thicknesses between 1 mm and 40 mm.

Plexiglas sheets are usually pasted on the sides of the pile, which protects the sheets against dirt. This layer can also be used for marking and determining the cutting location.

There are two methods for cutting plexiglass sheets. Use of special cutter for plex cut sheet and CNC cutting machine. But it is better to cut the pieces by the machine. Because the laser is used to cut the laser beam, the cuts will be smoother, cleaner and more delicate, resulting in higher quality work.

In order to be able to cut the pieces with the machine, we must first design the pieces with the desired software. To do this, different software is used. But usually AutoCAD software is used. After cutting the parts, it’s time to paste the parts. The binder is a plexiglass chlorofluorocarbon sheet. The two polished surfaces are tightly squeezed together and the chlorofluorocarbons are mixed with a small brush. It takes a minute to connect. In order not to cause air bubbles to be bonded, the parts must be pressurized and not shaken until the drying of the glue.
